The most common nosocomial fungal infection in hospitals is urinary tract candidiasis. Candida albicans the prevalent cause of infections, however species distribution changing rapidly. At same time, rise candidiasis has resulted emergence antifungal-resistant species. This study aimed to diagnose Spp. In women with UTI and reveal nucleotides sequences CA-INT-L Gene look for mutation within gene. included 100 patients suffering from infections vaginal swabs samples those individuals were taken identify presence Candida. They between ages 22 67. identification been accomplished using a variety chemical microscopically techniques. have clinically diagnosed But only 62 positive by Vitik. number also reduced 25 after PCR. sequence showed different variations gene isolates.
